For the Ambrosia

  • 300 ml 300 ml of rich, velvety cream Ensure your cream is chilled before whipping for optimal volume.
  • 180 g 180 g of fluffy marshmallows, halved Halved for optimal bite-sized indulgence.
  • 500 g 500 g of sweetened plain or berry-flavored yogurt Adds creamy tang.
  • 425 g 1 can of exquisite boysenberries, perfectly drained Retain their sweet flavor.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.
  • Gently fold in the halved marshmallows, yogurt, drained boysenberries, and one crumbled Flake bar.
  • Stir until everything is well combined and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Crumble the remaining Flake bar over the top.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Ambrosia is best enjoyed chilled and allows for various serving styles. For a healthier option, consider using low-fat yogurt and add fresh fruits instead of boysenberries.
