Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and paprika to create the special Big Mac sauce. Stir well until all ingredients are perfectly blended together.
  • Prepare a grill for medium heat. Preheat for about 5 minutes, ensuring the grates are hot and ready to sear your hot dogs.

Cooking

  • Grill the hot dogs, turning them halfway to achieve that beautiful char and optimal heat. In about 5 minutes, they should be heated through and show those desirable grill marks.
  • In the meantime, place a slice of cheese in each hot dog bun. The residual heat from the hot dog will help melt the cheese just right.
