Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and add the bite-sized chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil to coat the cooking surface.
  • Add the marinated chicken to the hot griddle. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables

  • Push the chicken aside. Add broccoli, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and mushrooms to the griddle. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Combine Ingredients

  • Mix the chicken back with the vegetables. Incorporate butter, allowing it to melt and coat everything.
  • Stir in the cooked rice, letting it absorb the juices for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve

  • Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
