Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until fully combined.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk and vegetable oil until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix, gently folding until just combined.
  • Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries.
  • Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the prepared batter.

Baking
