Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Season the pieces of chicken with salt and pepper, then cook them in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes, until fully cooked.
  • Allow the chicken to cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, buffalo wing sauce, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the cooked chicken along with rice or pasta to the mixture, folding in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  • Transfer everything to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Top with remaining shredded cheeses.

Baking

  • Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and celery before serving.
