Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla (if using), and salt.
  • Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to start absorbing the liquid.
  • After the initial sit, stir well to avoid clumps.
  • Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate.
  • Chill for at least 8 hours, or up to 1 week.

Serving

  • When ready to serve, mix in your favorite toppings.
