Instructions
 

Preparation

Mixing

  • In a stand mixer, cream the room-temperature butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg yolks, milk, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined to avoid over-mixing.

Baking

  • Portion the dough into small balls; roll them in colorful holiday sprinkles for a festive touch.
  • Place them on the prepared baking sheets and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Gently press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie as soon as they are out of the oven.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for two minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
