  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, peppermint extract, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the Greek yogurt and milk, mixing until fully combined.
  • Gradually fold in the dry ingredients gently to avoid overmixing.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
