For the sandwich

  • 4 slices Sandwich bread Choose your favorite type.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (softened) Ensures a golden and crisp toast.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, and mozzarella until creamy and well combined.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
  • Spread crab mixture evenly on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread.
  • Top with remaining slices, buttered sides facing out.

Cooking

  • Toast the sandwiches in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Let the sandwiches rest briefly after removing from the skillet.

Serving

  • Serve hot, optionally with sweet chili sauce or salad.

Notes

Use fresh crab meat for best flavor. Make sure to drain it thoroughly. For lighter options, swap mayo for Greek yogurt.
