  • all-purpose flour for surface Helps prevent sticking while rolling out the dough.

Filling

  • 1 wheel 8-oz. wheel of brie Rich and creamy, brie cheese offers a luxurious flavor.
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce Adds a burst of sweet and tart flavor.
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted unsalted pecans Provides delightful crunch and earthy flavor.
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary, cut into 1-inch pieces Adds a refreshing herbal note.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a mini (24-cup) muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and pinch together any seams for a smooth surface.
  • Cut the dough into 24 squares and place each square into the muffin cups, pressing down gently to form small cups.
  • Cut the brie into small pieces and place inside each cup. Top with cranberry sauce and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  • Finish by adding a piece of fresh rosemary to each cup.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
