For the dough and filling

  • 1 tube 8-oz. tube crescent dough Ready-made dough for a tender and flaky texture.
  • 1 spray Cooking spray Light coating to prevent sticking.
  • as needed amount All-purpose flour For dusting the surface.
  • 1 8-oz. wheel brie Rich and creamy cheese for melting.
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce Adds sweetness and acidity.
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted unsalted pecans Provides crunch and flavor.
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary Cut into 1-inch pieces for aroma.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Grease a mini (24-cup) muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and pinch any seams together.
  • Cut the dough into 24 squares and place each square into the muffin cups.
  • Cut the brie into small pieces and place a piece inside each dough square.
  • Top each brie piece with cranberry sauce, a sprinkle of pecans, and a piece of rosemary.

Baking

  • Bake the bites until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the bites to prevent spilling during baking. Keep dough cold for best texture.
