  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the dried cranberries and any optional ingredients like chocolate chips or nuts.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Cool on the sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Optionally, drizzle with an orange glaze made from powdered sugar and orange juice.
