  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  • Add the cubed potatoes to the mixture and pour in the broth.

  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and whole milk.
  • Add the dried thyme, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper, stirring well.
