For the Beef Marinade

For the Stir Fry

  • 1 red bell pepper sliced adds color and freshness
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced provides balance with a sharper flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic minced, for intense aroma
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced, for warmth and spiciness
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce adds kick to the dish
  • 1 tbsp sugar balances flavors with sweetness
  • salt to taste the perfect seasoning

For the Base

  • 1 cup rice fluffy and comforting base

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
  • Marinate the beef strips with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the marinated beef until crispy and browned, about 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
  • In the same pan, stir-fry garlic, ginger, and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes.
  • Return the beef to the pan and add chili sauce and sugar, stirring well to coat.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the beef mixture over the rice and garnish with extra bell pepper slices if desired.

Notes

Tips: Ensure your pan is hot enough before adding the beef. Don’t overcrowd the pan to prevent soggy beef. Keep rice warm while preparing the beef mixture.
