Preparation

  • Cut the sirloin steak into uniform bite-sized cubes.
  • Add the steak to your slow cooker along with the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  • Gently stir the mixture to coat all the steak pieces evenly in the sauce.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender.
  • Serve hot on its own or over mashed potatoes, rice, or alongside sautéed veggies.

Notes

For the best flavor, ensure steak is well-coated with the sauce and do not overcrowd the slow cooker.
