  • 4 wraps Soft and pliable wraps (flour, spinach, whole wheat, or low-carb variants)

Filling

  • 1 cup Creamy cottage cheese Rich in protein
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced or julienned For a fresh crunch
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper, finely chopped Optional for sweetness and color
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill or parsley, chopped Substitute with basil or cilantro if desired
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Or vinegar for brightness
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder Optional for added flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper To enhance flavors

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Wash and slice your cucumber into thin rounds or julienne strips and chop the red bell pepper and herbs.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped cucumber, red bell pepper, fresh herbs, lemon juice, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.

Assembly

  • Lay your chosen wraps flat on a clean surface. Spoon an even amount of the cottage cheese mixture onto each wrap, leaving a small border around the edges to avoid overflow.
  • Carefully fold in the sides of the wrap, then roll it tightly from the bottom, ensuring the filling is secure inside.
  • Cut the wraps in half diagonally or into bite-sized pieces for easy eating, and arrange them nicely on a plate.
  • For an added touch, sprinkle additional herbs or a dusting of paprika on top for decoration.

Notes

Use fresh and pliable wraps to avoid tearing. Always taste the filling before wrapping to adjust seasoning.
