Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the sweetened shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well blended.

Freezing

  • Arrange the formed truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 20-30 minutes.

Melting Chocolate

  • Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.

Coating

  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
