  • 1 tsp sesame oil Infuses warmth and aroma.
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced Fresh and vibrant for crunch.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook white rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork to ensure it's light and airy, then keep warm.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy and well-combined.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and drizzle in the sesame oil.
  • Pour in the whisked eggs, gently scramble while stirring slowly until they just begin to set and remain creamy.
  • Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix gently, allowing the rice to embrace the eggs.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce over the mixture and add the green onions. Mix delicately.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Ensure rice is well-cooked to avoid clumping. Whisk eggs thoroughly to incorporate air for a light texture. Remove eggs when soft and slightly runny for creaminess. Adjust soy sauce according to taste.
