Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, cutting it into squares approximately 4"x4".

  • Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  • Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the filling to create a pocket.
  • Brush the tops with the beaten egg.

Cooking
