Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base Layer

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips Rich and creamy, creates a luscious base
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk Adds sweetness and velvety texture
  • 1/2 cup chopped bittersweet chocolate Enhances the overall chocolate flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff For a chewy texture
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder Infuses robust coffee flavor
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter Provides a rich, buttery finish
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Kahlua (optional) Coffee liqueur to enhance flavor, can be substituted

White Chocolate Layer

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Creates a beautiful contrast in flavor
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk Maintains smoothness
  • 2 tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff For consistency and texture
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter Needed for the white chocolate layer
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baileys (optional) Could be used for added flavor
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Kahlua (optional) Used again for depth of flavor

Finishing Touches

  • to taste espresso powder (for dusting, optional) Adds flavor without overpowering sweetness
  • to taste espresso beans (for garnish, optional) For an elegant presentation

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper and mist with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips, chopped bittersweet chocolate, and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second increments until melted and smooth.
  • In another bowl, whisk together Marshmallow Fluff, espresso powder, butter, and optional Kahlua. Combine with the melted chocolate mixture.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

White Chocolate Layer

  • Wipe out the bowl and combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave until smooth.
  • Mix Marshmallow Fluff, butter, and optional Baileys until smooth. Combine with melted white chocolate and heat until integrated.
  • Pour the white chocolate mixture over the chocolate layer, smoothing it out.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Lift the fudge out of the pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.
  • Dust with espresso powder and garnish with espresso beans if desired.
