  • Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Stir in jalapeños, capers, and olives; let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and oregano and adjust based on your flavor preferences.
  • Pat snapper fillets dry, season with salt and black pepper, and drizzle with lime juice.

Cooking

  • Nestle the snapper into the sauce and cover the skillet.
  • Cook for 7-10 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
