Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are well-coated. Lay them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking Potatoes

  • Roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes until they turn golden brown, turning them halfway through.

Cooking Steak

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the cubed sirloin steak to the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Serving

  • Plate the steak and potatoes together, and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
