  • 1 tsp 1 tsp garlic powder Aromatic and flavorful.
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp onion powder Adds savory depth.

For the dough and toppings

  • 1 can 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits) Fluffy and buttery.
  • 1 cup 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese Creamy and gooey.
  • ¼ cup ¼ cup melted butter Adds richness.
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp garlic powder (for topping) Enhances garlic flavor on top.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat and cool slightly.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten each biscuit into a 4- to 5-inch circle.

Filling and Assembly

  • In the center of each flattened dough circle, place about a tablespoon of the beef mixture, followed by a pinch of shredded cheese.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and seal tightly. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the biscuits to prevent bursting. For added flavor, serve with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch.
