Preparation

  • Peel and grate the potatoes and onion into a bowl.

  • Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add cooking oil.

  • Cook the pancakes for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  • Drain the pancakes on paper towels before serving.
