  • 1 each lemon (juice and zest) infusing the dip with refreshing acidity
  • Kosher salt to taste, for elevating all flavors
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill providing a burst of aromatic freshness
  • a pinch crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of heat
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber offering a crisp, refreshing crunch
  • 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes for sweetness and vibrant color
  • whole grain pita chips for dipping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Using a handheld mixer on medium-high speed, beat together the feta, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a large bowl until fluffy and well combined.
  • Season with Kosher salt to taste, then fold in the freshly chopped dill and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top it with chopped cucumbers, quartered cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of more dill for garnish.
  • Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top to add an extra touch of richness.
  • Serve the Greek Feta Dip with whole grain pita chips.

Notes

For best results, let the dip chill for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors meld together. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
