Instructions
Preparation
- In the large bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese and Marshmallow Fluff on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
- Add the hot cocoa mix, heavy cream, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Beat on low speed until just combined, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Gradually increase the speed to medium-high and continue to blend until the dip is smooth and the cocoa mix has fully dissolved, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and holiday sprinkles, if desired.
Notes
