Preparation

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and brown sugar substitute until smooth. Pour this sauce over the browned beef and stir to coat evenly.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage wilts but remains crunchy.
  • Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry, toss everything well, and top with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve over cauliflower rice or in lettuce wraps. Adjust ingredients for meal prep or family dinners. Avoid overcooking beef and garlic.
