Instructions
Cookie Preparation
- Spread white cookie icing on each cooled sugar cookie, allowing it to flow and create melted blobs.
Marshmallow Decoration
- Decorate the halved marshmallows with black icing to create eyes and a smile.
- Insert an orange jimmy into each marshmallow half for a nose.
Assembly
