Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and kosher salt. Stir gently.
- In another medium bowl, mix all-purpose flour, packed brown sugar, kosher salt, and remaining ground cinnamon. Add melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
