Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly and let it sit to allow the tomatoes to release their juices.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese together until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese, freshly chopped basil, and Italian seasoning into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Grease a baking dish lightly.
  • Spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
  • Spoon the tomato mixture over the creamy cheese layer, distributing it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  • While the dip bakes, slice your baguette and place the pieces on a baking sheet. Toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
