  • 1 cup Granulated sugar Ensures the cheesecake has a delightful sweetness
  • 1 cup Strawberry puree Offers a fresh, fruity flavor and a beautiful swirl
  • 2 large Eggs Gives structure to the cake
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Adds a warm, aromatic note to the filling

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to create a firm crust.

Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add 1 cup of sugar while continuing to mix until fully incorporated.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the strawberry puree gently, creating a marbled effect.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Baking

  • Bake for about 50-60 minutes until the center is set but still jiggles slightly when gently shaken.
  • Turn off the oven and crack the door, letting the cheesecake cool inside for about 1 hour.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is softened properly to avoid lumps. Letting the cheesecake cool in the oven helps prevent cracks. You can top with fresh strawberries or whipped cream for serving.
